The culinary world is one of the most susceptible to fashion and fads;; bread making, 70's recipe revivals

in the beginning of the year it was hand made pasta. every cook book, food magazine and food blogger had to have some dedication to pasta.

A few months ago, it was cupcakes.

Currently (and still to some) - the must have is panna cotta.
